The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors with demonstrated experience in large-scale building renovation projects related to workspace modernization. The Town of Ajax intends to issue individual tenders to complete the following projects in Fall 2025:
• Phase 2: Town Hall Accommodation Renovation
• Phase 3: MCC Recreation Office Space & ACC Recreation Office Space
