The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors with demonstrated experience in large scale building restoration projects related to roof replacements. The Town of Ajax intends to issue two separate tenders to complete the following projects in 2024:


• McLean Community Center - Phase II Roof Replacement
• Hartrick & Quaker - Roof Replacement
