All Bids shall include a unit price for all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the construction of Replacement work over existing prepared metal deck on Roof Areas 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 4.1:with a two (2) ply modified bitumen membrane system.
All Bids shall include a unit price for all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the construction of Replacement work over prepared sloped metal panels, with a new liquid applied elastomeric roof coating on Roof Areas C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 and C8. |
