The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the construction retrofit of Denis O’Connor Park located within the Town of Ajax.

The Works shall include but is not limited to the removals of an existing playground (equipment and surface), the removal of an existing asphalt walkway and base material, the removal of the asphalt at an existing walkway (retain base), the construction of a new playground (equipment, curbs, surface, sub-surface, drainage pipes), concrete paving, asphalt paving, new and relocated pedestrian lighting, furniture, and landscaping.
