The Town of Ajax is seeking an innovative and experienced development partner to redevelop a six-acre site located in Ajax’s Pickering Village into a transformative mixed-use development that supports the Town’s long-term growth, housing, and community objectives. To align with the Town’s vision, this project will be called the Pickering Village Community Centre, and the project will center around a new recreation facility with residential development on the site. This initiative represents a unique opportunity for Respondents to help shape the future of the Pickering Village Community Centre and the surrounding neighbourhood through a thoughtfully designed development that balances and integrates the interests of residents, businesses, and other key stakeholders. |
