The Town of Ajax is soliciting Proposals from qualified consulting firms specializing in neighbourhood park and soccer field The design will include but not be limited to a senior and junior playground area, an irrigated senior soccer field (not lit), soccer field sub-surface drainage system, a small asphalt paved parking lot, a basketball half-court (full court if possible), paved walkways, pedestrian scale lighting, site furniture (benches, waste receptacles, bicycle rings, pre-fabricated gazebo), fencing, grading, civil works (catch basins, manholes, piping and connections), and landscaping. A multi-use trail connection will also be included to connect the park with the existing trail within the Hydro One Lands. The Successful Works to commence on or about Monday, March 20, 2017 , with completion by Friday, December 22, 2017
