Description: 

The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete improvements on Porte Road and a private Townhouse Development as shown on the Contract Drawings.

Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Installation of a new 1.5m wide concrete sidewalk and replacement of existing sidewalk;
  • New concrete curb and gutter and replacement of existing curb;
  • Removals, excavation and grading works;
  • Catchbasin and hydrant adjustments;
  • Interlocking repairs;
  • Asphalt paving; and
  • Restoration works.
