The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the supply, delivery and application of Resilient Wood Surfacing at various playground locations within the Town of Ajax. This contract will be for a three term period, subject to an annual performance review and acceptable price at the anniversary date of the Contract. The decision of the Town to extend the Contract shall be final and not subject to review.
