The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Consultants to complete detailed design, tender preparation, cost estimates and if Awarded, future Contract Administration services for the BAS Upgrade project. The successful Company shall develop a Building Automation Software (BAS) platform that supports open-source, accessible, and integrable BAS and controls systems across Town owned facilities. As part of the BAS upgrade project the Town anticipates replacing the existing Honeywell controls with an Open-Source BAS Facility Explorer Platform. |
