The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Consultants to complete Feasibility Studies for the Rotary Park Pavilion and the St. Andrew’s Community Centre & Gymnasium buildings. These studies will include a detailed background needs analysis, preliminary design layouts, and a refined concept design along with a detailed cost analysis for the design concept. There will be stakeholder consultations throughout the project stages along with public meetings. |
