The Town of Ajax is responsible for promoting and maintaining the Urban Forest in a safe and healthy condition; while working towards meeting the needs of internal and external customers. In general, this program will include but is not limited to: pruning of trees growing on Town/Region road allowance, for public safety, road safety, vehicle, pedestrian, street light clearance, overall tree health and structure. Pruning may be required in the vicinity of overhead live lines. |
