The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete washroom renovations located at Village Community Centre in the Town of Ajax. The Works shall include but is not limited to: · Remediation, Type 2 mold remediation · Removal and disposal of the existing doors and frames, washroom fixtures, finishes, partitions and cabinets · Supply and install new washroom fixtures, finishes and accessories · Supply and install new ceramic flooring and wall tiles · Supply and install new millwork cabinets · Supply and install new wood doors, door operators, light fixtures and utility sink · Patch, repair and paint all walls and ceilings affected by the work · Repair all adjacent floor areas affected by the work · Maintain designated emergency exits egress throughout the course of the work
