The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the Exeter Park Retrofit construction project.
The scope of work includes the removals of existing park infrastructure inclusive of a ball diamond, a concrete splashpad, a playground, asphalt and concrete paving. The scope of work also includes the construction of a new playground, splashpad, leash-free area (fencing), asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbs, site furnishings, signage, fine grading, bioswales, haulage, sodding, deciduous and coniferous tree planting, and lighting. |
