The Town of Ajax (Town) is soliciting Bids from qualified architectural Consultants to complete the conceptual design for the Ajax Community Centre Master Plan Renovation within the Town of Ajax. Work to commence on or about June 30, 2025 with completion expected on or about December, 2025. The Town reserves the right to award the detailed design phase to the Company subject to successful performance, budget approval and agreed-upon pricing. |
