The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from Consultants to provide advisory and project management services for the planning and release of the Town’s first public-private partnership (P3) on a surplus municipally owned parcel of land.
These advisory and project management services will include but are not limited to; visioning and strategy creation, governance and business case analysis, industry and market research, public and stakeholder consultation, procurement development, and public/private transaction structuring for a mixed-use development with municipal assets. |
