Description: 

The Town of Ajax is soliciting Proposals from qualified companies who have experience in the operation of a Food and Beverage Concession and experience in the operation of a Pro Shop.  The intent is to combine the two services to be managed by one Company to operate within a 400 square foot area located within the Ajax Community Centre.

The Town anticipates operation will begin on or about June 1, 2017 and continue operations for a five year term, with the Town having the option to renew the Contract for an additional five year term, pending ongoing successful performance by the Company and acceptable compensation terms.
