The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified General Contractors to provide all labour, material, fuel, equipment and services necessary to complete the Accommodation Renovation project at the Town Hall building for the LIS and IT department sections. Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to; demolition of one wall and installation of two new walls. And the installation of two Tek rooms (little meeting rooms) which will require a sprinkler head and fire alarm for each. The removal and replacement of carpet and painting in two office departments the LIS and IT spaces as shown on the Drawings. There is electrical and mechanical scope that is required for the two Tek Rooms and demolition of the interior partitions. The General Contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal of existing furniture and coordinating the existing and new furniture installation with the furniture supplier (Holmes & Brakel). The Drawings have outlined the scope of this project in greater detail. |
