The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from experienced companies to include all provisions for labor, supervision, materials, fuel, equipment, inspections and associated services necessary to complete the flooring replacement at Greenwood Discovery Pavilion at 2290 Greenwood Road, Ajax, Ontario.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

1.  Remove and dispose of existing flooring.

2.  Preparation of subfloor for installation of new flooring.

3.  Supply and installation new Textured Woodgrains Luxury Vinyl tile (approx. 2,200 sq.ft.).

4.  Supply and installation new painted 5-1/4” PVC baseboard moulding, profile to be selected by the Contract Administrator.

5.  Supply and install new 4" rubber baseboard throughout washrooms, Tarkett, Traditional Vinyl, colour to be 80 Fawn CB.

6.  Prep, prime and paint all interior walls, baseboards, window frames, doors and frames as identified in the drawing.

7.  Maintain the designated work area in a clean state and free of any construction related debris.

8.  Provide a final clean up to remove all construction related debris upon completion of work.

9.  Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Company shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator.
