The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified General Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete restoration of the Doric Masonic Lodge, located at 457 The Restoration Works shall include but is not limited to mobilization, demolition, structural improvements, various services, envelop, interior finishes and construction, accessibility, landscaping, communications and security as well as an expansion to the existing facility. Bids will be only accepted from the roof contractors who have already been pre-qualified to bid for this project. |
