The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Companies for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the deck and fence removal and replacement at the Hartrick House within the Town of Ajax.

The Works shall include but is not limited to:

1.  Remove and dispose of existing deck assembly;

2.  Remove and dispose of existing fence assembly;

3.  Supply and installation new foundations and pressure treated timber deck complete with new ramp, stairs, handrail and guardrail;

4.  Supply and installation new pressure treated wood fence with access door;

5.  Maintain the designated work area in a clean state and free of any construction related debris;

6.  Provide a final clean up to remove all construction related debris upon completion of work; and

7.  Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Company shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator.
